Could somebody explain the difference between these BBQ ways?

Could somebody explain the difference between these BBQ ways?

I am not a native English speeker, the word 'BBQ' could be inaccurate,
when you use fire to cook or make something, there are so many different
ways, like grill, roast, toast, bake and broil, maybe there are more. What
is difference between them? Thanks!
